Gibbs|Heinle offers litigation, mediation, conciliation, arbitration and appellate practice

WELLESLEY HILLS, Mass. (Feb. 29, 2016) – Laura E. Gibbs, esq. and Calvin J. Heinle, esq., formerly of Ginsburg Leshin Gibbs & Jones, LLP, have partnered to create a new firm, offering family law services in Massachusetts.

The firm—Gibbs|Heinle, LLP—is located in Wellesley Hills and offers litigation, settlement negotiation, mediation, conciliation, parenting coordination, arbitration, guardian ad litem and appellate services.

Ms. Gibbs, a graduate of Loyola University (summa cum laude) and Boston College Law School (cum laude), is a former partner at Wellesley-based Ginsburg Leshin. Laura’s practice involves international custody disputes; representing individuals in court in connection with divorce, paternity, modification and contempt proceedings, as well as appeals; negotiating and drafting prenuptial, postnuptial and separation agreements; representing individuals participating in mediation; serving as a mediator, conciliator, master and arbitrator. Laura is a founding member of the Greater Boston Family Law American Inn of Court, and is currently the co-chair of the membership committee. She is also a member of the Massachusetts Council on Family Mediation and the Norfolk County Bar Association and served as a board member and former President of the Massachusetts Association of Hispanic Attorneys.

Mr. Heinle, a graduate of the State University of New York-Oswego and New England School of Law, is a member of the Middlesex County Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association, Boston Bar Association, and Norfolk Bar Association, as well as the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC) and the Massachusetts Council on Family Mediation (MCFM). Calvin’s practice includes all aspects of family law, including complex litigation and mediation, as well as the negotiation and drafting of Separation, Prenuptial and Postnuptial Agreements. He has mediated and served as a master for contested custody, support and complex asset division cases.

The firm also includes Associate Christopher J. Walsh, formerly of Richard C. Bardi & Associates in Boston.
